  • My wife and I used Rick to buy our first home; he was everything we could have asked for: responsive, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with. We had a great experience from start to finish and could not recommend him enough!
    — Brent G.
  • Rick is very knowledgeable and professional. He helped us through the final stages of our remodel, so we could maximize our listing for a changing market. I felt he was always on point with market data, but was also supportive and thoughtful when we had questions or concerns. This was the first time we sold a home, and if we were to sell another, Rick would be our first call.
    — Buyer | Seller
  • Rick is completely on top of every detail. He is thoughtful, punctual, helpful, and reliable. I would never hesitate to recommend Rick to another buyer or seller.
    — Ian J.
